Suzuki Australia has confirmed the all-new SV-7GX adventure tourer for the local market, with pricing set at $14,990 rideaway for both the full-power and LAMS-approved variants, and $16,490 rideaway for the SV-7GX+.
The SV-7GX is built around Suzuki’s 645cc 90-degree DOHC V-twin, the same engine platform Suzuki has developed over more than 25 years, most notably with the SV650 naked bike.
New ride-by-wire throttle enables a suite of rider aids under the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System banner, including three riding modes, an up/down quickshifter as standard.

Suzuki lists 54kW at 8500rpm and 64Nm at 6800rpm for the full-power model, with LAMS outputs yet to be confirmed at time of writing. Drive goes through a six-speed gearbox.
The crossover styling draws on the flagship GSX-S1000GX, with a front cowl, full LED lighting, a three-position adjustable windscreen and an upright riding position. Chassis hardware consists of a steel trellis frame, 41mm KYB telescopic forks, a preload-adjustable KYB rear shock, and twin four-piston Tokico front callipers with a single-piston rear. Pirelli Angel GT II sport-touring tyres are fitted.

Touring provisions include a 17.4-litre fuel tank, an integrated rear carrier, knuckle covers and a 795mm seat height. Wet weight is 211kg. A 4.2-inch full-colour TFT display supports Suzuki Ride Connect+ smartphone connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation, notifications and ride data, and a USB-C charging port is fitted.
An SV-7GX+ variant adds Suzuki genuine accessories including a fuel tank pad, heated grips, a soft side case set, side case bracket set and a touring screen.

The SV-7GX and SV-7GX+ will be offered in Pearl Brilliant White/Metallic Triton Blue and Glass Sparkle Black, while the LAMS variant is available in Pearl Brilliant White/Metallic Triton Blue and Pearl Matte Greige.
The SV-7GX is scheduled to arrive in Australia from January 2027. Pre-orders are open through suzukimotorcycles.com.au.
