Yamaha Motor Australia will continue to offer its R6 middleweight sportsbike in 2020 from $19,549 rideaway.

As the current generation YZF-R6 is still young in its lifecycle, Yamaha has made no developments on the model, but has added a Vivid Orange paint scheme option.

The bike carries over its 599cc motor producing 87kW and 67Nm, and is equipped with a strong list of standard equipment including a quick shifter, 43mm KYB forks and an R1-derived electronics package.
