KTM has revealed the first variant in its 2024 middleweight adventure bike line-up, the range-topping 890 Adventure R Rally, which will arrive locally in very limited numbers in the second quarter of next year.
INFO MOTO understands that the new-look 890 Adventure R Rally will preview some of the changes made to the standard 890 Adventure and the 890 Adventure R for 2024, including the redesigned bodywork and graphics styling.
Just 100 KTM 890 Adventure R Rally units have been allocated for Australia, priced from $39,299 rideaway.
Distinguishing the R Rally variant is high spec WP XPLOR PRO suspension (270mm travel), upgraded rider modes, an Akrapovic silencer, racing seat, heavy duty wired spoked wheels, wide footpegs, carbon-fibre tank guards, a master cylinder guard and engine protection, an upgraded rear sprocket, new fork guards and two-colour fuel tank.
As standard the R Rally is equipped with KTM’s ‘Tech Pack’, which includes motor slip regulation, cruise control, an up/down quickshifter and a Rally rider mode.
The bike carries over its 889cc parallel-twin engine which generates 78kW and 100Nm.
