An image of the upcoming Husqvarna Norden 901 adventure bike has been leaked from what appears to be a dealer presentation.
The Norden 901 has been approved for production and this single grainy image confirms that the road-going bike retains the styling and stance of the Norden Concept revealed last year.

As it’s based on the KTM 890 platform, the Norden 901 will sport the same 889cc parallel-twin engine.
It will likely get a unique tune, however, we know that this motor is capable of delivering a healthy 90kW (120hp) and 99Nm.

At the front, the Norden is equipped with a 19-inch wheel, while an 18-inch setup is employed at the rear.
Suspension is handled by WP, with a long-travel inverted fork for off-road assignments.
While it has yet to be confirmed for Australia, the Norden 901 will take on international rivals such as the Yamaha Tenere 700 and Triumph’s recently released Tiger 900.
It is believed that Husqvarna’s 901 platform will also birth a more road-oriented Svartpilen naked bike, joining the current 401 and 701 ranges.
