Lauded motorcycle author, Ian Falloon, has today joined INFO MOTO‘s contributor list to offer his expertise on classic bikes and motorcycling history.
Ian Falloon has written nearly 45 books on motorcycles that each offer unparalleled insight on the historical and technical development of particular makes and models.
His involvement with motorcycles began in New Zealand in 1973, with a Ducati 750 GT. Since then he has owned more than 50 Ducatis, plus numerous BMWs, Moto Guzzis, Hondas, Suzukis, Kawasakis, Nortons, Triumphs, Laverdas and MV Agustas.
As well as authoring books, he also offers an authentication service for collectors. In short, Ian knows his stuff when it comes to classic bikes, and so he will make for a tremendous addition to the INFO MOTO fold.
Ian’s recent book on the Ducati 750 Sport is now available from $120 including worldwide shipping. This 52 page book documents all six production stages and if you want to know how many bikes were built in 1972, it’s all here.
This is a book about details, including the correct positioning of homologation plates on early bikes and the change in handgrips from year to year.
